Noise

We conduct routine attended, unattended and traffic noise surveys at Cadia and the Cadia Dewatering  Facility in accordance with the Cadia Noise Monitoring Program, approved by NSW Department of Planning and Environment July 2014.

Monitoring is conducted using a combination of devices including a directional noise monitor (e.g. QuattroSound®); an attended noise monitor (e.g. the Bruel and Kjaer Sound Level Analyser) and an unattended noise monitor (eg. EL-215 type logger).
