Cadia is a residential operation which means our workforce has the opportunity to live in a bustling regional city close to friends and family, with only a short commute to work. We are deeply invested in supporting our local community, from our expansive workforce volunteer program to economic investment and ongoing environment management and enhancement of local farmland. We also pride ourselves on being a smoke-free site.
We expect all visitors, suppliers and workers at our site to commit to our values and code of conduct. Everybody who comes to Cadia has a role to play in contributing positively to our culture, both on the site, and in our community.

Road travel to Cadia is on sealed public rural roads. Road signage is in place to indicate speed limits and hazard warnings. Road surface conditions can vary, and speed should be reduced to suit those conditions.
We expect all visitors, and contractors to obey road signage and be aware that we share the public roads with our farming neighbours and other motorists. Drivers should also be alert to animals crossing and black ice in winter.
Car parking is available on site. To reduce traffic, we encourage carpooling and a dedicated section of the car park is reserved for carpooling vehicles. Many contracting partners provide buses for their workshop to minimise cars on the road, and congestion in the carpark.
